Pioneered turnkey solution for wafer fab learning
HiTech Craft has successfully set up microelectronics laboratory in 2 Universities. The laboratory is equipped with table top equipment including furnaces, metal evaporator, mask aligner, wet benches, IV/CV test equipment and metrology tools.
With this simple and affordable set up, undergraduates can gain hands on experience on planar processing and fabricate MOS devices on 4" wafer.
The laboratory sessions enhance the undergraduates skill level by allowing them to learn industry relevant processes. Relevant industry standard lectures also allow students to understand the 'real world' better.
